Miley Cyrus gets tattoo No. 5 ... and it's a big one

At this rate, there won't be a lot of ink-free skin left on Miley Cyrus, shown here last November.

Miley Cyrus is drawing attention again, this time for the enormous tattoo she just got.

Spanning the better part of the side of her torso, Cyrus has inked a dream catcher onto her body. A close friend told People (which shows the tattoo here), "It's a picture of the dream catcher that hangs over her bed with four feathers to represent her four brothers and sisters. The dream catcher is to protect them." 

That brings the tattoo tally up to five. The 18-year-old singer also has a heart and small cross on her fingers, "love" on her ear and "just breath" on her rib cage.
