Lauryn Hill performs, one week after giving birth

Lauryn Hill gave birth to her sixth child, a son, on July 23, and the singer didn't take much time to relax. Hill took to the stage at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum for the L.A. Rising Festival one week to the day after having her baby.

This comes as a surprise, not just because most women don't perform a week after having a baby, but also because she recently announced that she would be taking some time off. Hill's five other children range in age from 3 to 14 years old.
