Mariah Carey's babies make their public debut

They're six months old and ready for their close up!

We're talking about Mariah Carey and Nick Canon's babies Moroccan and Monroe, of course. The twins are going to make their television debut on "20/20" with Barbara Walters this Friday and the image you see here is from that interview.
